Overview
Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) has been serving the rail industry globally since the 1960s starting with the delivery of trams to Egypt. Its track record extends from rolling stock supply to large-scale full turnkey projects.
Some of the major projects MC has completed in the 2000s are; Delhi Metro, a world-first rail project registered with the Clean Development Mechanism, and Dubai Metro, one of the world’ s longest driverless rail projects.
In recent years, MC has entered into rail PPP business, with its participation in the LRT system in Canberra, Australia, using its experience and expertise built up through various infrastructure operation business such as airport, power generation and water.
MC aims to provide the best solution to meet various demands of the clients and other stakeholders including the growing demand for operation & maintenance support. MC will contribute to stable economic growth and social development through its activity in the rail sector.
