Modern Railways 2012

Exhibition hosted by China’s Ministry of Railways: Modern Railways 2012, the 11th edition

JORSA will be at “Modern Railways 2012,” the largest railway industry exhibition in China and the only one hosted by China’s powerful and influential Ministry of Railways. Occurring only once every two years, this large-scale exhibition was first held in 1992 and is being held for the eleventh time this year. The previous exhibition, Modern Railways 2010, took place concurrently with the 7th World Congress on High Speed Rail. It featured 248 exhibiting companies from 17 countries and recorded 26,000 visitors.

This year’s event will take place in Beijing over the four-day period from November 27 to 30, 2012. As in the past, JORSA will be there presenting an extensive range of information showcasing the excellence of Japanese high-speed and urban railway technology. We will operate a Japan booth in cooperation with the five member companies which have asked to exhibit.

The Japan booth will be located in Hall 4 to the right immediately after entry. Our Japanese railway industry specialists will be waiting to talk with you about railway technology and business opportunities. Please stop by and see us.
