New development for Choshi Electric Railway

Choshi Electric Railway in Chiba Prefecture near Tokyo has been facing declining ridership, but that hasn’t stopped it from acquiring former Keio Corporation rolling stock from Iyo Railway. This train consists of the company’s first electric cars equipped with airconditioning.
